It all started in 2008 — long before either of us could have predicted this moment. Amber was 20, brand-new to California from Missouri, chasing big dreams and spontaneous adventures. Ravi was behind a DJ booth one night, filling the room with music and confidence. Full disclosure: a fake ID may have been involved. But so was a real connection.
Life didn't rush us. Instead, it kept looping us back together — through different seasons, careers, and versions of ourselves. What started as a spark became a lasting friendship, and eventually, something more. Some love stories are slow burns — and worth the wait.
